Objective

Research: For the numerous health policies and programs running in Rajasthan, additional and continuing research is required
Technical Support: For the benefit of Government and NGOs to implement health programs for the disadvantaged
Service: The provision of health services provides ARTH with a link to the ground realities in Rajasthan. Also, ARTH believes that it is morally unethical to conduct research without providing service
Training: Through training, ARTH can reach further into the rural areas of India, and conduct services in many more locations
Advocacy: To meet ARTH's objectives and ideals, advocacy provides a vehicle for positive changes to health care policies and programs

To carry out operations research for enhancing access to and quality of health care
To apply research findings to health policies and programmes
To train health providers and managers
To provide and innovate reproductive and child health services
To support efforts to improve women’s social, educational and economic status.
